Liked: Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

Liked: Staff was wonderful, the breakfast was made to order with lots of extras. We had dinner there one evening and it inwas superb with a lovely wine list. Cannot beat the views. Recommend booking a massage!
