Exceptional

Liked: The location was ideal. The rooms were pleasant and very nice. We had a view of the main street so could sit and watch the world go by in the warmth of the room. Very cosy and warmRoom. The pub had a roasting fire to enjoy a drink by. All staff friendly and polite. Plenty to do around the area. We can't wait to return in the summer.
Disliked: There are a small selection of steps to the rooms which were quite slim to negotiate but not an issue just worth mentioning

Liked: Good location nice staff
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. The glasses were dirty and the electricity went off in the morning so we could not make tea or coffee turn any lights on and had to get a shower with the water just dripping out

Liked: Comfortable
Disliked: Nobody would answer the phone

Lovely friendly stay.

Liked: The location of the hotel, the manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The heating in the room was broken but the manager gave us an extra heater to use which warmed the room up.

Superb

Disliked: Had a lovely stay not happy with being charged twice hoping to have this resolved
