Exceptional

OK, but experienced some problems.

Liked: No breakfast. Location good.
Disliked: I requested room for 3 people, but according to receptionist, room only showed for 2 people and the $79 rate was for 2 people. I showed him printout of my reservation. Turned out I had to pay for another room with 2 beds at a higher rate. I believe the problem is booking.com when booking, not the actual Inn.

Liked: The person that checked me in was courteous.
Disliked: The mold in the bathroom, paper stuffed in places around the floor, bedding way to big hanging all over the floor and could see where there was water stains on the bed skirt. Duct tape was on the floor between the carpeted floor and tiled floor. The smoke alarm was missing and there was either paper or cloth stuffed in a hole where the unit should have connected to the base. There wasn't any hot water for a shower, or for me to just wash up with. No phone in room to call the office. The sign saying open was lit up this morning but noone was in the office when I took the key card in. No receipts. Overall bad experience but I had no choice.I did not sleep well as I was afraid there may be bed bugs or roa

Liked: We could not stay.
Disliked: Cigarette holes in the bedding, yellow stained everything and dead bugs through out.

Liked: Location and the diner across the street 
Disliked: Really low budget decor. Horrible towels. Musty smell and stained carpet. Toilet barely flushed. 

It was unsatisfactory

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: Housekeeping non-existent. Only one staff person. Front desk is not covered by anyone most of the time. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. Amenities were cheap.

We booked for three nights...

Liked: There was no breakfast although the booking said it was included.
Disliked: We did not like the holes in the walls and under the sink in the bathroom. The mattress was not comfortable at all. When my wife and I got into bed, the mattress sagged to the shape of a V in the middle. The bathroom was relatively clean, but the room looked old and uncared for.
