Liked: Very friendly, attentive staff.
Disliked: They still have smoking rooms, so the hotel smelled a bit like stale smoke (with a hint of masala spice, which wasn't bad). We did spot a waterbug in the hall and some ants inside the room.

Poor

Liked: The rate should be $50.00 or less because it's an outdated old hotel that needs remodeling. I had cob webs hanging in the walls and bathroom trim has dirt and crud to be cleaned out.
Disliked: The front desk guy was very nice. Can't expect fancy nice motel. It's like a roadside motel. It's doable for one night stay and that's enough.

Disliked: Housekeeping entered our room with the do not disturb sign out!The room smelled like someone had smoked in it.

Regretful

Liked: The motel is deteriorating and it shows – very dingy. My non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. The heating was inconsistent during the night and very loud. I do not recommend staying there.
Disliked: A COMPLETE renovation would make it better.
