Great location. Outdated facilities.
Liked: Great location. Warm friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms are small, hotel is dated. elevators are cramped and the carpets are stuck in the 70s. It feels like those crampy hotels in Europe or in NYC. Hot water takes a while to reach temp. We checked out a day earlier. Will go back to the Grand Traverse.

Disliked: The hot tub wasn't working..the room was very small for a family. The food place treated us like we didn't belong because we weren't dressed up.....

The best. If you go...
Liked: The greatest hotel in the galaxy! #ParkPlace. Shout out to Ken at the front desk who was excellent and the bartender on the 10th floor -apologies for not recalling the gentleman’s name.
Disliked: Everything. A best of galaxy property.

Disappointed
Liked: I like the location of the hotel
Disliked: We came up from Grand Rapids to stay one night. We picked Park Place because I wanted to show my partner the Beacon Lounge. Turns out it was closed for a private party. Nothing on the website. Very disappointed. Also, the comforters on the beds are very thin and do not keep you warm

Liked: Location. Restaurant.
Disliked: Staff had guaranteed a taxi transport to the airport for an early morning flight. First one for. 5:30 pick up was cancelled. Second one booked for a 5:00 pick up never came. There were no notes regarding which cab company had been booked. Front deck employee was only employee in the building and was unable to provide transportation for me to the airport. Were it not for a kind hotel guest I would have totally missed my flight and connecting flight. He kindly drove me to the airport in time for my flight. For a hotel of the stature of Park Place, I found this service totally unacceptable. I will not stay there again and I will never recommend the Park Place Hotel in Traverse City to anyone.
