Disappointing

Liked: Rooms are clean and the location is okay.
Disliked: The staff, especially at the receptionist, are very bad. They are not smiling and answering the questions hardly. The rooms are too noisy. The cleaning team don’t check the “do not distrub” sign and enter the room. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, cool rooftop bar....

Liked: Great location, right in Central Park.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty when we checked in and the staff were borderline rude on the front desk!
