My 4 night stay with...
Liked: I stayed with my children ( aged 24 and 19yrs ). The room is a very good size. The location was excellent, very close to Vancouver Gen Hospital, close to an awesome Japanese BBQ restaurant, Shoppers Mart which is very handy. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Wi-Fi is also awesome. The MArket Cafe just downstairs were also great; staff and food-wise. Over-all it was a very nice stay in the Hotel. The bathroom was also very good and Housekeeping staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The bottled water. During the 4 night stay we were only given 2 bottles of water. I signed up for the membership, thinking that it will be our privilege to be provided with same. I understand there is a shoppers mart opposite the street, but, sometimes coming back to the hotel, tired, we forgot to buy water and dont want to go out anymore, at least there is provision from the hotel.

Splendid, as always.
Liked: It was my birthday and the hotel upgraded us to the penthouse suite. We were absolutely surprised and delighted. The view of the city is spectacular from the north side of the hotel, and the suite was gorgeous.
Disliked: The ensuite bathroom could have used a towel rack for damp towels, which I have mentioned to the management and they have already promised to consider my suggestion.

Liked: View of mountains but over the rooftops of ugly buildings on a busy street.
Disliked: Having to self park underground and walking up the ramp where guys were always smoking. Noise of traffic

Liked: Great location with walking distance to shops, cafes etc. and close to public transport to access downtown.
Disliked: Parking a little expensive at $18 a night seemed a little high.
