10/10 ask for a refund....
Liked: Ok. I booked a room online. It said the payment went through. I went to the hotel. They rejected me lol
Disliked: That you can't accept visa debit. It's bull.

I want to go there...
Liked: I love its proximity to the hospital, shops, and eateries. The staff is great. I was called immediately and asked how everything was and if I needed anything. I asked for more coffee and got it! My stay was for one night for sure, but maybe two nights or even more, and they were very accommodating.
Disliked: It was my second time there, and I still think that the fact that there are no screens on the sliding doors at the balconies is odd--but whatever. Also, because I was there in order to be near my mom who was at the hospital, I was told to book through the hotel itself next time, as they offer a "hospital rate" that is cheaper than, say, through booking.com; honestly, since the person who told me this (I think that it was a manager, but I am not 100% sure) did not bother to change my rate (I did not ask, by the way), I would rather have not been told. :)

Liked: Friendly staff, great breakfast, bus stop outside and the metro is a few blocks a way.
Disliked: Traffic noise from the street, but you'll get his anywhere in Vancouver.

Handy to the hospial
Liked: Close to Vancouver General Hospital
Disliked: Unfortunately the people before flushed a bar of soap down the toilet so we had a flood and had to move rooms!

My 4 night stay with...
Liked: I stayed with my children ( aged 24 and 19yrs ). The room is a very good size. The location was excellent, very close to Vancouver Gen Hospital, close to an awesome Japanese BBQ restaurant, Shoppers Mart which is very handy. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Wi-Fi is also awesome. The MArket Cafe just downstairs were also great; staff and food-wise. Over-all it was a very nice stay in the Hotel. The bathroom was also very good and Housekeeping staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The bottled water. During the 4 night stay we were only given 2 bottles of water. I signed up for the membership, thinking that it will be our privilege to be provided with same. I understand there is a shoppers mart opposite the street, but, sometimes coming back to the hotel, tired, we forgot to buy water and dont want to go out anymore, at least there is provision from the hotel.
