Disliked: I check in and out within a couple of hours did not get to lay on the bed and had am emergency. The property could not make an exception and refund the two rooms and they charged me twice.. Am wsiting for am answer did sent them proof showing then the charges that came out if my account.

Poor

Disliked: The air conditioner couldn't be turned off so my friend caught a cold. And the service staff was very bad. When we went to the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned, the staff said it was out of their hands.

I will not be a...

Liked: Breakfast was too expensive and food was horrible
Disliked: Pool area was a disaster with trash all over the place. No towels were available by the pool. The floor of the halls were constantly wet from kids running through from the pool. The microwave was a mess and unclean.
