Liked: Staff was great...very friendly and professional
Disliked: Some of the amenities were not up to par. The mattress could be replaced, it was very worn. The air conditioner didn't seem to work properly. it could be the thermostat since it said it was 27 degrees in the room, but it was stuffy. Finally, it seemed that someone set up one of the tvs to be in Spanish because all the channels were dubbed and since they limit the remote, I could not access the set up function to fix it......oh, and there was no extra bedding for the fold out.

Liked: I lived here for 6 months. I don't think I could have been at a better place. It's just too expensive and I couldn't save to move. But the staff is great big thumbs up to all of them . Thank you Davis, George, and Daniel for having us. I did feel safe there. Thank you. Sharri McGhee .

Disliked: When we checked in we got a room the A/C didn’t work so we talked to front desk they gave us another room where the A/C also didn’t work we asked for a fan, the windows don’t open so no way to get fresh air in. The room looked dirty from the couch to the floor. The beds were not comfortable at all.I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone honestly

Disliked: We stayed there 2 yrs ago it was much nicer then. Now it’s so run down. The mattress on the pull out couch was filthy. Not worth the price.

Disliked: All of it, dirty rooms, hair on the mattress and sheets, floor had spilled drinks on it, chair was stained with who knows what, just not pleasant at all very old and dingy staff sucked not friendly at all.

Run down rooms. Bare minimum...

Liked: Rooms were a good size. Nice pool area, plants taken care of.
Disliked: Property was run down. Rooms were bare minimum kept up to cleaning standards. Had 2 tv’s one in living room and one in bedroom Only one in living area worked. There was what seemed to be section 8 people living there and temporary homeless that also stayed there. Elevator broke down while staying there by my room no sign was placed only trash cans were placed in front of elevator. Free breakfast was not much. Was told that someone was to get groceries for breakfast but they did not any. Some sausages and a little bit of cereal was available and toast. But only if you get there early enough before residents that live there get to taking food. Room that food was served in was run down with a few tables and torn up plastic table covers.
