Disliked: There was no breakfast even though it said included during booking and on hotel website.

Liked: The room was cleaned up really nice. We had good amenities coffee maker and iron.. We had Netflix installed on the TV which was great entertainment when we were there.
Disliked: No breakfast was severed even though there was a breakfast room.. Water cooler was broken and vending machine had limited choices available.

Disliked: wallpaper needs replacement. water stains in corners no frig in room

Liked: The staff was nice there and they were very accommodating with anything that I need.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room could be improved but this opinion could be subjective.

Liked: The proximity to the wedding venue, Floral Terrace( a half a mile away)The room was clean.The air conditioning functioned properly.The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I have stayed in many hotels/ motels in my life but this was the first one that had a broken shower.I got in at 1:15 AM from a wedding, wanted to shower, and realized the shower did not work.I spoke to the night manager and he saw that shower was not functioning.So, he gave me a key to another room 2 flights below and told me I could move out of my room or shower there.Since it was now around 1:30 AMI decided to remain in my room.The next morning I took a bath. A Quality Inn? What quality?
