Lovely stay

Liked: The room was very spacious with a lovely view. The bathroom had everything one needs, and I could relax in a real bath instead of shower!Neighbourhood was lively but quiet enough in the evening to sleep.
Disliked: Nothing really, breakfast was included but was a la carte in a restaurant separate from the hotel.

Liked: The location is great. It's a block away from the Grand Red Line stop. Walkable to all things downtown Chicago. The facility is clean. My room had bottom to top windows so the views were great!
Disliked: Both during my check-in and check-out times, there was only 1 person working the front desk. It was a long delay both times before it was my turn. There should never be just one person. Also, there is no refrigerator in the rooms, so I couldn't bring dairy leftovers. I did bring some pastries back that were thrown out by housekeeping, although they were inside a paper bag on the counter, and not on the floor by trash. I was very surprised and disappointed that my pastries were thrown out.
