Disappointing

Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Floor wasn't clean, furniture was chipped, rust around door jams, headboard of bed broken no decorations on walls as in pictures, outside doors had no locks on doors you could put finger in hole where locks used to be a pull open. There was an open playground right near the pond where there were alligators.In general pictures on website did not even resemble the room.

Disliked: Only found one elevator available.

Excellent hotel with lovely pool.

Liked: Excellent facilities, fabulous pool, very warm. Good location
Disliked: Took about 40 minutes to check in, there were only three people in front of me.

Nice affordable stay

Liked: Nice small playground and a small pool.Beautiful small lake nearby.
Disliked: At breakfast, all glasses and some plates were disposable for single use made of plastic. That is unacceptable today in 2024. And if there are events or days when some single use plates/glasses are used, please offer guests the possibility to sort so it can at least be recycled.

Seems like they’re trying but...

Liked: Breakfast was good. There was one extremely friendly man who was very attentive to all of his guest and just very pleasant. Bed in regular room was more comfortable than the “VIP” room.
Disliked: I found a roach and a sock in our room. Told the front desk and was told there weren’t any other room until next day. Gentleman didn’t seem surprised so it seems like it’s a constant complaint.
