Best stay ever

Liked: The location and scenery was beautiful staff were amazing the rooms were tidy and homely the pool and spa was a hit with our kids. We will definitely be back.

Disliked: Cleaning staff left sliding door open without informing us;room was full of insects when arrived in room late night.We are not happy with the service;could use only one room.We have informed to reception staff they said they will do something about it/refund payment. Did not hear from them.
