Good

Liked: Great location in the commercial section of Redwood City. Walking distance to Caltrains Redwood City station. Easy check in. Free coffee/tea in lobby.
Disliked: The room was very tiny making it challenging for two people to navigate. It is better suited for one person. We also had no natural light into the room as our window faced the building next door. Our room also happened to be adjacent to the lobby (#101) so we could hear fellow guests and the tv in the lobby throughout the day/night. We suspect that if we were assigned a different room upstairs our experience may have been more favorable.

Liked: Location awesome. I wish the tv worked without using my phone. Other than that it was all great.

Great location in central Redwood...

Liked: Cozy clean room with European vibe. Quiet room. Low price
Disliked: Booking required sending copy of driver's license and mug shot. Code box for entry from street not well lit so hard to enter at night. TV available only for streaming services cast from mobile phone

Liked: The tea and coffee in reception and the comfy chairs.
Disliked: The room was very small.

Great but lacking a few...

Liked: Really clean, cosy, well maintained. Great location in the heart of RWC. Didn’t have an issue with the lack of human front desk.
Disliked: My only issue which was a bit of a problem was no late checkout AND the fact there’s no luggage storage. Left me pretty stuck on my last day.

Liked: The location is incredible. The pricing is great for a really expensive area
Disliked: Long stays without room service are not really comfortable. There is some noise from above if you stay on the lower floors
