Overall the place is OKAY,...

Liked: I liked that the room was pretty big and the view was awesome.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was no microwave, the parking situation was ridiculous and you have to pay 45$ for valet. I also didn’t like that it wasn’t clear in the reservation that the hotel wasn’t actually on the beach, I thought I was getting a room right on the beach. The room was a bit outdated as well, there was no Netflix or YouTube available.

It was a great hotel,...

Liked: The room was clean and the view was amazing! We were on the top floor at a oceanfront king with balcony. The bed was comfortable and no issues with the room. We even received a complimentary wine which was nice but we didn’t have the best luck opening it because no wine opener was in sight. But still thoughtful.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the room was not ready at 4 when it was checkin time. It was ready at 4:15. This doesn’t seem like to much but we were waiting around the area for 4pm to hit with much excitement. Also, the room had a dine in option which opened at 9am which is the time we started calling but call after call the restaurant never picked up the phone. We had a long drive of 7 hours and wanted to enjoy the view, breakfast, and the room to the last minute. We didn’t get a answer until 10:30am (mind you check out was at 11am) we wanted the smallest breakfast, 2 cappuccinos and pancakes which was on the menu. They told us that they no longer had cappuccinos and only coffee to offer (why would we get coffee if that’s offered in the room) so we went without breakfast after the hotel. It would have been perfect.

Liked: excellent location right on the beach and walking distance to food and entertainment

The service is very bad!。

Liked: When I checked out on 4/4, a new set of hair dye products was hanging on the bathroom door handle. No! It was a lost item! I called on the 5th and said that I couldn't find it. The management of this pub is very egotistical and immodest. They are unwilling to accept my objections to service. My friends and I will not come here again.
Disliked: No!

Would choose a different hotel...

Liked: The location was close to main beach which is what we needed.
Disliked: The room was run down and here is no parking available other than 3 hour street parking or $45 valet.
