Disliked: Dirty! Hair shavings in the sink, dirt on the floor, the person at the front desk has zero personality, when I told him about the room and said we are not staying for the reasons listed above, he smiled. They still charged me for the night.

Disliked: Other guest was yelling down the hallway. Making noise all night. 3 am my fiance went down stairs to get a refund for our stay. We didn't get any sleep that night after traveling all day and night to get there. The guy told my fiance the manager will be in 8 am the next morning. We went to check out the next morning. The lady stated she was regular staff. She do not know when the manager will be there. We left our complaints with her. She said she will let us know if the manager was going to refund us due to the unpleasant stay. There were roaches in our room crawling around. I did take pictures of the in the bathroom. I did show the associate that was working behind the deck as we was checking out.
