I loved the overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. The room was very clean and the A/C was working great. It was exactly 15 minutes from the venue I was attending. Will stay there again. Price was very reasonable.

Liked: It was close to the mall and close to the event I was attending.
Disliked: There was no negative.

Disappointing

Disliked: False advertising says ice machine but ice machine doesn’t work was told breakfast but you only got a half way done sausage and no eggs the room had a real loud beach smell that messed with my allergies over night staff really didn’t want to give you towels

Was a pleasant stay.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, room a good size. The location was good.
Disliked: The jacuzzi tub did not work. You have to request room cleaning.

Clean, quiet and relaxing!

Liked: We loved the Jacuzzi in the room. Very nice to relax in while watching tv after a long drive. The staff is very friendly and the location is near everything you would need. We will stay here again for sure!
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like!

Disliked: The elevator was broken the duration of our stay so we had to climb up 3 flights of stairs each day which was hard to do being that I have a knee problem. The shower he was did not put out much water as it was old and needs to be replaced., inside the stairwell someone dropped a muffin and it stayed there the whole entire time we were there as no one cleaned up around the stairwells.
