Bad

Disliked: Not sure if anyone reads these things, but I booked through you guys and the hotel was shut !! They said they had asked you to remove them a year ago. Not sure how I get my money back now ??

Last minutes weekend break

Liked: I like clean and tidy rooms. Near sea. Can ordered breakfast or just sit in the bar. There is a pool table, friendly staff. Also you can find towels (some hotels just give towel for hands)
Disliked: Rooms wasn't near, quite difficult to find room, there is no parking, street near the hotel always full, other streets, private parking or just all spaces is full.

Disappointing

Liked: Gentleman at reception was friendly
Disliked: Issues before and after stay never resolved, terrible customer service from the general manager. Charges a £1 for damages before you even stay (not refunded). Hugely disappointing overall.
