A good place to stay

Liked: We liked the accommodation block and felt happy with the security system. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
Disliked: The shower was a bit hit and miss temperature wise with the water suddenly going cold and then changing eratically.

Great staff, friendly and good...

Liked: Staff friendliness on arrival and the professional check in. The food was equally as lovely having stayed there a few nights before, breakfast was great also.
Disliked: The bedroom was clean but moving forward a new shower seal would make the bathroom better. Attention to service on the Monday morning would of been appreciated

Great value

Liked: Great value, rooms comfortable and clean. Nice pub and restaurant. Free parking.
Disliked: Could do with some soundproofing on the room doors as noise from corridor and entrance.

Exceptional

Liked: Super friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed for just one night and had dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent and there were 2 good draught beers on the pumps.The room was very clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. We've booked another nights stay.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.Just as a matter for the maintenance department, the tiles on the bathroom floor in room 9 require regrouting in a couple of places before damage is done to the floor underneath. This is not a criticism, just a heads up.
