Disliked: 20 minutes to check in as receptionist gave me a room that wasn’t ready, then took an age to find a room somehow. When I got a room it was the wrong type of room but I knew it would be pointless going back to try to sort.TV Didn’t work & the facilities wasn’t available due to being in the wrong room

Hidden Gem

Liked: The hidden history of the place that was subtly included. Obviously a quiet time so minimal staff, but those there were great.Breakfast was made to order and was top notch (including my veggie one).The fact that, with all our discounts, our stay was almost free, made it even better.
Disliked: Finding the entrance in the dark was a trial if not knowing the area (Google Maps took us to the bus depot next door!) and it didn't seem like we'd found the hotel as it was all about the conference centre really. Car parking was also very confusing. Just needs clearer signage for all of this really.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Very easy check in.Bed was comfortable and no noise from the road or other.Location and price were very good.
Disliked: The bathroom window would not shut, which wasn’t a massive issue.There were cobwebs in the bathroom

Disliked: Rude receptionist, walls so thin I was woken up by the person snoring it the next room
