Disliked: WILL NEVER MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR OYO hotels again and am hesitant to use booking.com again. Before booking another customer into this so-called hotel, Booking.com must investigate to find out how many hotel rooms, if any, this place actually has. Despite my confirmed reservation, this hotel (if it even is a hotel) did not have a room for me. Apparently the building is primarily (entirely?) dedicated to long term residents. I arrived at 8pm to find the office locked up tight. I could not gain entry into the locked building without a key. After I knocked on several locked doors, a resident appeared who helped me find an employee (Jeanette?) to speak with. Jeanette told me that although they had our reservation, they had no room for us. I asked to speak with the manager. Eventually Jeanette phoned the manager, Alma, and in a phone conversation with me, Alma told us that hotel rooms they do not have are regularly confirmed as available, that many of their so-called hotel rooms are "out of commission", that she has reported this fact multiple times to "reservations", but that "reservations" continues to sell these non-existent hotel rooms. I assume that the "reservations" Alma referred to is part of OYO and not booking.com. Booking.com at a minimum should investigate this so called "hotel" to learn how many hotel rooms it actually has available before confirming any more rooms for booking.com customers. A better course might well be for booking.com to stop doing business with this property.

Disliked: Very sketchy looking setup. Doors of the rooms looked like they had been kicked in! Upon arrival, with a paid reservation, was told, "no vacancy " also told water issues and multple rooms flooded. Was forced to continue on my trip.

Liked: Nothing at all, in fact they owe me 50$ for a security deposit. There's roaches, the staff is not friendly or accommodating. Overall horrible experience.

Cheap, easy, don't expect the...

Liked: I was in Waco for one night and thought to myself, stuff it, Im going to try the budgetest hotel. My expectations were met.
Disliked: Room was dirty, window cracked, dead spider legs in the bedding and it smelt of weed kinda. But aside from that, the toilet and shower worked and once I brushed the bug legs aside I actually had quite a good sleep. It was a cheap price for the room and at the end of the day I slept safely, showered, and checked out, what more can you ask for really.
