I didn't have a problem - we just slept and left. We weren't in the hotel much - it served its purpose.

Liked: Clean rooms and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing really.

The front office staff was rude; the parking lot/area was very dirty; the area on the sidewalks around the room was dirty; the shower looked like it had seen better days and needs to be replaced. In general, I was not pleased - it does not look like the pictures.

Disliked: Not clean; pool not available; didn't look like photos; stayed only 1 night instead of 5.

Disliked: Got sent to room at check in couldn't find it then manager met me while I was looking and sent me to another room with no explanation and no key..had to get my key card fixed 2 times cause it stopped working
