Disliked: The room was dirty everything was broken they charged me for two days when I only booked for a night they charged me for an extra person when i had already booked the room for two people I was threatened didn't feel safe and I was denied my refund

Liked: Attentive staff noticed my cane and put me in a first floor accessible roo. Without my having to ask! Clean, well laid out room, parking able to handle my truck and trailer. Huge bathroom. I e found my new stop!will seek out this brand when traveling!
Disliked: Steep driveway with a trailer, but ample parking.
