Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain rip, disgusting and full of mildew, hair all over the floor, a/c didn’t work

Disliked: Shower water was cold. Couldn't get the temperature to a warm setting.

Disappointing

Disliked: Beds very hard. Mattress cover was for a full size not a king so didnt fit. Pillows really small about 18" long.Could not see Tv from recliner.You could only use refrigerator or microwave only one plug.Could not go in lobby during day. Even though sign said hours it should have been open.Parking was horrible. Could barely fit truck in spot had about 12 inches to open either doors. Was parked even in our spot so was people next to us.Ask about canceling last night (sat) stay on thurs. Was told to come next day fri. Then told had to go thru booking.comBy then to late to cancel. We did not stay sat. night, but still got charged because they wouldn't cancel.

Liked: I didn't see any evidence of cockroach or bedbug infestation.

Disliked: They canceled it before I even got their driving 4 hours away
