Liked: Very very central
Disliked: 1) on booking. Com site i had paid for breakfast, but hotel manager said that for that low price i've paid there couldn't bee breakfast and even though i paid to the hotel, they said the money went on to booking. Com so i should address the problem to booking. Com and not the hotel!2) 2 out of 6 days the cleaning staf looked by even though i was told by the reception it should be every Day and they would make a comment!3) I was on secund floor and found out that they Are having severel birds/ pidgeons making noise in a small "court-yard"!

Excellent couple of nights

Liked: We had such a lovely stay in this hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Liverpool for a couple of nights away. Location was excellent and staff were so lovely and always so helpful from start to finish.
Disliked: Nothing, it was very pleasant.
