Liked: The staffs are very friendly and kind. But there are no porter, I have to carry my 5 baggage by my self. The room was confortable. It would have been better if we had a TV program in japanese.
Disliked: I requested a bathtab in the second room that there was a bathtab there, but no water came out of the shower.

Liked: Loved the staff and the rooms and especially the location!!
Disliked: We ordered cocktails in the bar. We love the little bar area the atmosphere is incredible but we waited a long time before even being acknowledged and were never approached for a second drink. Considering the service we thought it was extremely pricey
