Enjoyed Orange Tree Golf Resort...

Liked: Good location. Property was well-kept.
Disliked: Had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi on a consistent basis.

I enjoyed my stay

Liked: Nice golf course resort. Clean
Disliked: Shower and bathroom sink had low water pressure and inconsistent heat and people staying above us could be heard when they walked. I informed the office as to water issues while checking out. Hopefully will be fixed for next guests

Liked: Very convenient. Room was spacious. I enjoyed the pool. Bathroom was very good.
Disliked: The rooms are very dated. Furniture is old, Kitchen is impossible. As mentioned the parking is very inconvenient. We used the shuttle but response time was slow and I felt I had to tip them every time, which mounted up.

Liked: The room was spacious, suitable for long stays, clean and attractive. There was a balcony but sparse of comfy furniture for relaxing.
Disliked: Not the fault of the premises but the gym was closed due to water damage from a leak in the ceiling.

Fun place

Disliked: The parking was too far away.

Overall very enjoyable and so...

Liked: The pool was wonderful. The golf course is beautiful. The rooms are large and nicely updated.
Disliked: The walk to parking was long but enjoyable. Would be nice to have a full service restaurant on sit, though the bar fare was really good. Nice happy hour on the patio too.

Bad

Disliked: After having reserved a couple months early, I received a call the day before our stay cancelling the reservation with no explanation of the reason for the cancellation and no offer to help find alternative lodging. That was dumped back on bookings.com who did help me find an alternative.

Liked: We had a couple of issues, this was our dirts time here and staying at a time share property- wifi kept kicking out a lot , sometimes very slow, needed to call the 3rd party as not one person could answer or fix the issue, seemed like a week connection…..these days wifi should be better-was not told at checkin about the room cleaning or what to do, possibly a sheet explaining the procedures would be offered- just tiny issues with the toilet which was mentioned to the desk but didn’t seem to be rectified and a small kitchen sink drip All the staff were exceptional, from the front desk, to the staff at the patio, and the food was excellent.Loved sitting there to watch the golfers and relax with a nice view. Last day the Adirondack chairs arrived, great, as the older seat cushions were not great.Appreciated everything and if we are again in Phoenix we will definitely stay again……location was perfect and easy to get around…..
