Very little southern charm

Liked: Get location & the pool area was nice. Liked the free bottled water. very comfy bed & nice shower.
Disliked: Room was very dusty especially round light fittings & headboard. Staff not overly helpful or friendly. Didn’t have a working safe during our four day stay. No help with cases when leaving. Had a late flight home, no room available to freshen up & change before flight. Didn’t like the once use toiletries.

Liked: The property was under construction and it was noisy
Disliked: The fire alarm continued to go off and the staff members didn’t know what was going on. They couldn’t tell us if we had to evacuate or was it a false alarm

Disliked: Terrible service (I've had better experiences at a fast food restaurant). Cold showers. Faulty air conditioning.

Liked: The location was great, the views, the room and hotel was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and observation deck.
Disliked: There wasn’t a place to store leftovers or to warm up leftovers.
