Liked: Great location and beautiful area. Easy to get to the beach, pickleball courts and bike paths.

Liked: Property was very nice. Heated pool and hot tubs were great.
Disliked: We were On the first floor had a lot of traffic by our room. Little noisy.

Disliked: Everything other than the location. Dated facilities. Staff was lazy at best. Service was slow, and when I say slow, it was 90 minutes and nothing was delivered so we left. We resorted to ordering bottled beer thinking it would be quicker. It wasn’t. We literally walked down the beach to a “lesser” quality hotel, the Hilton, to get drinks and food. Save yourself the money and stay at the Hilton down the beach. When we asked for help from the managers, they made excuses. The room was average at best. For $550 a night in the off season, is stupid. I wouldn’t pay $250 and I’ve stayed at a lot of Omni hotels. So dissatisfied and disappointed
