Good

Liked: This is a perfect place for a family holiday. The hotel has everything it is not modern new But VERY very clean ! At night it is quiet and safe .From the hotel you can easily reach all the tourist places.
Disliked: We arrived at midnight ( I am not sure it is for that reason) but the reception man sounded very moody and was pretty unfriendly and even yawning in our faces. It make us feel not welcome at all.

Perfect base for Vienna exploring

Liked: Great location right by the main train station, excellent eateries nearby and easy tram to the city centre. Staff were friendly, rooms comfortable and clean and a perfect base for Vienna exploring.

Comfy clean, great value -...

Liked: Comfy beds, clean, everything worked. Great location for Wien main station and exploring the city. Was able to drop bags off early at reception. Bought some cheap beer and wine at reception for the room and it was actually alright! Balconies in both rooms we had (2 adults and 3 kids) and they were next to each other. Exceptional sound proofing, never experienced quite so excellent soundproofing. Reception area was quite cool - 70s glam
Disliked: It was great value and didn’t dislike anything. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as €16 per person inc kids was a wee bit much - excellent coffee and pastry shop (15 minuten suisse) a few minutes away - so that wasn’t a big deal. Saved our pennies for nice lunches out. I was surprised that this was a good stay for a value price - soooo comfy beds even my grumpy teen said how comfy the beds were!

Liked: Location was great. Within walking distance to Wien hbf. Quiet and had a balcony.
Disliked: Lacking in amenities.My tv was not working. Called the reception for help and I was told "the technician has gone home. Call again tomorrow." without being given any solutions.Service was passable. Surely not a four star hotel by any means.
