Liked: Loved the location and the easy of everything. The bed and hot water was great.

Liked: We were so happy with the customer service. The clean and tidy room. Beautiful bed. The location was amazing. We will definitely be back.
Disliked: Maybe some hot choc and biscuits

Exceptional

Liked: The Novotel was in the perfect location. We went to the theatre. Very close walking distance. The staff were all so very lovely and very helpful. We had a dinner and some drinks at the Lane restaurant within the Novotel. Great service and the food was delicious. Best stay in Melbourne so far!
Disliked: The shower was in the bath, which made it difficult for myself (person with a walking stick) to take a shower.

Disliked: Noisy from the pool Spa not working most of our tripDidn’t have a bathSofa bed not comfortable for two people even for kids Didn’t know that there was construction downstairs

Disliked: For a brand like Novotel expected better.1. Had to wait a while to get a table for included buffet breakfast and then when we did get a table it was so busy and they were so under staffed that had to wait on food items. Not the end of the world but not the level we would expect. 2. Pool has tiles loose around the edge
