Very good
Liked: How pleasant and attentive the staff was, picked up food from Deliveroo and brought to room for me.
Disliked: None use of the facilities due to the Corona Virus.

Very luxurious and posh.
Liked: Very nice room, extremely comfy bed. Great decor and the bath is so deep and relaxing. Really nice bathroom. Feels very luxurious.

Gorgeous hotel, reception wuestionable
Liked: The hotel is true Nobu, contemporary style which can?t be faulted and is spotless.
Disliked: At check in we were warned of possible construction noise due to the exciting new penthouse being built on the roof over our room (not informed of this on booking or prepayment of room). We were told that the hotel was able to offer an upgrade as we may well find the deluxe room we had booked ?claustrophobic? -for an extra £45 per night. Seemed an odd sales pitch considering we may be inconvenienced by their construction noise. Surely the upgrade should have been offered as a gesture of goodwill not to rectify our room choice!
