Great host, clean and cosy...

Liked: Anton the host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, there was even milk and water in the fridge in our room. The location of the guesthouse was about a 20 minute walk from the Lanes in Brighton but only a 5 minute walk to the Pier. Would happily stay again.
Disliked: Not really a thing that I didn’t like but parking is not allocated at the house but you can get permits from Anton to park in the local roads and area.

Couldn't have asked for any...

Liked: Perfect host, perfect location, perfect everything! We loved our stay and didn't want to leave. The room was so comfortable, super clean and extremely well supplied. We cannot fault anything at this beautifully decorated and charming property. Antony is so accommodating and communication was 10/10. We will be recommending everyone stay here when they visit Brighton and we hope to be back!

Liked: Lovely welcome. Anthony was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for himBreakfast was good. Nice choices of food and drink.Location really good. Very little traffic noise. Easy to park. Close to the seafront and the town

Superb

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the vibrant Kemptown. Many eaterys around and pubs Antony is a great host, he accommodated our early arrival. The room has a character with very unique decoration. Double glazed windows to allow you sleep better, we were also provided with coffee pads, biscuits and so on.
Disliked: The only thing was the bed, I found the mattress not firm enough and as I have back issues I didn't sleep that well. But then again that wasn't a big issue.

Exceptional

Liked: The guest was really nice and made feel US super welcome. The rooms were so lovely and we loved the decoration as the little details.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Lovely place to stay

Liked: This was a lovely place to stay, the room exceeded my expectations with good quality fittings & furnishings, it had been thoughtfully designed with everything you need in a small space (small double room). Kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer etc. The bed was very comfortable. This room faced the rear of the property so was very quiet.
Disliked: Nothing it was great
