Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Value for money weakThe fact we paid for king size high floor fallls facing and got one day on 3rd floor, and rest on 15th floor the windows were dirty

Don’t book a high floor...

Liked: Beautiful views, great location. Restaurant on site was exceptional. Staff was great!
Disliked: We booked a high floor room wanting the best views. Turns out floors 20 and above (we were on the very top floor-31) the air conditioning was horrible. The room was extremely hot and the water was super hot- even when you turned it cold it was almost burning your skin. We complained and they were very accommodating. For our second night we got a room on floor 14 and it was perfect. No need to book a high floor room, same views! Staff was excellent!

Liked: Room was very good . I prefered a covered parking, but was not given, Hallway carpets were not up to standard.
Disliked: Hallway carpets and unsecured parking lots

Something better can be offered...

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Excellent location.
Disliked: Didn’t feel welcomed. Woman at the lobby was to inquisitive and not friendly. Wi-Fi was bad and wanted to charge extra for upgrade. No microwave at the room and not even a bottle of water as a courtesy. Room door lock was faulty and the ice bending machine at level 18 was out. Outdoor parking over priced (50$ per night)
