Disliked: The hotel had offered that if you put the green tag on the door then they would not clean the room and a free drink will be offered as a part of sustainability initiative. We thought it was a good idea. I had done the green tag thing on the first day but no drink vouchers were given. So we didn’t do it on any of the other nights. The cleaning service was really not upto mark. I had spilled some coffee powder near the cups and it was like that for the entire stay of 1 week. Coffees and tea bags were not replenished. In a room with double occupancy only 1 cup was provided for the entire stay. One day the house keeping staff used to came at 3:45 pm to clean the room and as I had just stepped in my room, I requested them to come after 1/2 hour which they refused. On my last day I requested for a late check out by 2 hours. Most hotels will provide that if there is no guest coming in. However, this hotel charged me 16 euros/hour. I was not in a frame of mind at that time to ask for better services. These small things are very easy to rectify and any good hotel would take care of these things. Location - you can’t book cabs on Bolt or Uber from the hotel. There are no drivers available around that area. However, the hotel staff at the desk was very helpful and they booked taxi for us. Unfortunately, the taxis charged a lot for even small rides.
