Good value for money

Liked: Perfect location, close to metro for the airport
Disliked: Radiator in the room too close to the toilet. Poor design and no digital feature to turn it off. Easy to burn yourself.

Great location easy to park

Liked: Easy to park and self check in is fine if you follow the instructions. Jesmond is very nice too. The Uber to the city was around £7 to £8 so not too bad

A comforting small space

Liked: The staff was responsive and a great help. They also allowed us to keep in our bags for some hours after checkout, since our flight back was a few hours later.
Disliked: The rooms could have been a lot better bigger. It was a dreadful experience keeping in our bags and sleeping in the place at once.

Disliked: The hotel is soulless. Yes it’s self check in but we felt like we were the only people in the entire building. Just felt deserted. Not welcoming at all the bed was clean but very uncomfortable. The towel rail in bathroom hanging off the wall.Just needs a complete refurb

Liked: Very nice for the money, friendly man in the day gave me some tea coffee milk etc as stayed to nights and needed some more
