Liked: The room was a great place for the recovery of a long road trip, it was comfortable and I was able to enjoy some silence. The people at the hotel were nice and attencious to any questions, problems or necessities. The localization was perfect, I was able to walk aroung and enjoy the hotel itself.
Disliked: The only two small problems I had was, when I arrived, I was not sure if there was a close parking spot 0 this could be better sinalized. Also, the breakfast could be better indicated. I was not sure where or if there was any, until by accident I saw it (after leaving to buy my own breakfast). Nonetheless, it was an amazing stayin.g

This hotel was a big...

Liked: I loved being able to walk to restaurants and major attractions in downtown New Bedford. We just left the car in the parking lot for our 3-day stay. It was convenient to have the restaurant/bar and spacious lobby available. The space is very contemporary and uncluttered.
Disliked: One oddity: the bottom sheet refused to stay on the mattress. I suspect that new mattresses were purchased, but they're too thick for the old sheets. Annoying.The temperature control for the room was excellent, but there was a fair amount of regular HVAC noise from the ceiling. It didn't interfere with my sleep, but it might for some folks.

Liked: The desk staff was helpful in fixing my reservations that were not right from Booking.com
Disliked: There was only coffee and tea for breakfast, that’s not a continental breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: Love the modern style of the rooms.
Disliked: There wasn't really breakfast, just sandwiches in the refrigerator.

Superb

I think customer service should...

Liked: Normal continental breakfast.
Disliked: Wi-Fi and TV were out most of the hours I wanted to use them. I asked about some refund of part of my charge because I was not provided with Wi-Fi and TV that was advertised. I have not heard anything about that.

Concert night

Liked: Location central to everything in the historic district...nice bar and food on site...small hotel decent value.
Disliked: Parking is 5 minutes away but not a big deal...would like to see a waffle maker on the breakfast table.
