Liked: Amazing Staff, service, location and pools! Would 100% come again
Disliked: I would recommend just checking what private events are.happening ahead of time and if that possibly closes the aqua lounge earlier during the day in case you are planning to spend a lot of.time there.

Bad

Liked: The staff was very helpful and kind.
Disliked: The hotel is very old and needs renovation. Also you have to pay for everything, despite we have our breakfast included we were given very limited items in the breakfast and we had to pay for anything extra which we did not like.

Amazing staff, location and property!

Liked: The resort space, ample and with a tropical feel. The balconies.
Disliked: Expensive food and drinks.

Good choice for South Beach...

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool with lots of places to sit and lie down, great service at the pool. The hotel has reserved sunbeds on the beach a minute from the hotel, which can be reached through the "back exit". Nice night atmosphere in the bar and restaurant by the pool.
Disliked: Slightly worn-out rooms, noisy elevator, noise from the neighboring building (renovation), slow internet... but nothing so important. Overpriced accommodations in general throughout South Beach...

Great location, interesting design, good...

Liked: We liked the location and the cafe on premises.
Disliked: Th room was rather small and the overall feeling of the hotel is 3 stars, not 4. Moreover, we purchased the option with breakfast included. Yet, it was just a credit of USD 44.99 for 2 people. So on average, our breakfast bill was USD 85 with service and tax charges, then minus the credit of USD 44.99.

Liked: Hotel is beautifully decorated. Very clean. Location is great. Pool service and beach service were excellent. One server Hotel employee specifically contributed to our fantastic stay. He was friendly and gave us great restaurant choices.
Disliked: Bathroom was tiny. There needs to be a bigger vanity. Highly recommend using the safe. I fell asleep with earrings in, took them off and left them on the nightstand. They went missing. Told the front desk as I was checking out and he rolled his eyes.
