Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is pretty good: not right in town but not as far out on the edge as many motels in Roswell. The room was clean and comfortable. The price is good so it's a very good value.
Disliked: I would have liked a coffee area or coffee in the room.

Liked: First of the people who own it are incredibly nice and helpful! Second, the value was excellent.
Disliked: The kitchen was dated, but it really wasn't bad. And we were there only one night.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable enough.
Disliked: The property was pretty run down and basic. While we didn’t pay a lot but the good ratings and comments were misleading. I had expected a nicer place to stay.

Sketchy stay

Liked: Location was hard to find. Booked under Deluxe Roswell Inn, next to Roswell Inn - very confusing AND signs said National 9 Inn WHAT!

Noisy and Pigeon haven

Disliked: Drains were semi clogged, pigeons were everywhere, could hear neighbor coughing all night
