Disappointing

Disliked: I reserved this hotel because of the availability of EV charger. I called the hotel to reserve the charger, the agent told us that the charger would be available for us. When we arrived at the hotel, they forgot to reserve it. Very disappointed! All the receptionist was able to say, is sorry but the agent did not put it in your file. She said ‘’ je suis navré ‘’. Very dissappointed!!!!
