Liked: I loved the location of the hotel.
Disliked: Pool was disgusting and needed to be cleaned. Parking in the deck wasn’t an option. Front desk clerks didn’t let us know. The security informed us that we couldn’t park in the deck and was informed to get everyone’s car towed. He was surprised that staff didn’t let us know we were allowed to park in deck. We didn’t receive any room service the entire stay.

Disliked: I couldn’t check in an hour early as I requested. Check In parking was the worst. And I thought it was so continental breakfast, no just nasty bitter coffee.

Disliked: Balcony door would not shut all the way called front they told me some one would come in the morning it was freezing bout nights, I left the room for 5 hours I get back I ask the front did they fix the door she said the fo all maintenance work in the morning, well get to my room door still not fixed no shower curtain in the bathroom stains on sheets I'll never stay there again..
