Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. When I first arrived I really like the front desk clerk Kristina because she was extremely nice but she ended up leaving after two weeks of my stay.
Disliked: My Apple Watch was stolen by two of the housekeepers but the manager said he needed proof because the cameras don’t have no audio to them. Even after I informed him that one of the housekeepers never came to my room to clean but the one day she came in to argue in Spanish with another worker my watch was stolen. He offered a 20 percent discount for three days but it was no where near the $400 that I paid for my watch so be careful with anything valuable because they will steal from you then act like they don’t understand English. I travel a lot and have left valuables in my room before and this was the first property that I have had something taken from me. Also if the front desk comes to your room and you don’t come to the door they will come into your room with a key. After spending thousands of dollars to stay here that was the breaking point for me to never return or recommend my employees to come here. I would take those things into consideration before staying here. Also one of the from desk clerks will take a long time to check you in because she does not know what she is doing and will misplace your paperwork.

Disliked: In the rooms I would suggest having two night stands. One on each side on the bed.

Liked: I recently stayed at the My Place Hotel in Huntersville, NC and was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the affordable rate I paid.The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. While not overly spacious, it had everything I needed - a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a separate living/dining area. The bed was very comfortable too.The staff members I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth processes.

Liked: Impeccable hôtel! Location close to I-77 N. Our Golden Retriever was welcome with a pet fee of 20 USD.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included in the price; however, breakfast can be ordered and brought to your room for a fee.
