Liked: Great room for families.
Disliked: The AC was not working. Need bowls for the kitchen.

No air con, uncomfortably hot...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, small but well equipped room.
Disliked: No air con. In July the room was baking hot. Reception provided extra fan but was still too hot. Had to leave window open, which let in noise from busy street early in the morning. Ceiling fan not working. Wouldn’t rebook except in the wintertime

It is ok to stay...

Liked: The area is nice, walkable to National history museum, The science museum and others. Hyde park is very near. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: It could be very warm, especially in the second floor. Our apartment was at ground floor, so we heard the noise from the street.

Liked: The location was amazing. Very near Hyde park and 2 underground stations
Disliked: The room was unbearably hot. There is an AC on the wall but it looks like it hasn’t worked in years. The first night we asked for a fan we were told there wasn’t any free. We got one for our second night however it didn’t do much as the room was just so so so hot. It was very difficult to sleep and move around the room with the temperature. At one point one of our phones gave us a notification to say it was overheating.

Disliked: Rooms very dated and bathroom very musty, room was meant to sleep 4 but had a filthy pull out chair which had no padding whatsoever had to put daughter in double bed with us, no aircon had a fan in room towels and bedding had been washed but full of stains very disappointing for price over £300 per night
