Disappointing!

Liked: Debbie, who checked us in, was outstanding with a winning smile and a friendly demeanor. She gave us the full rundown of the place and directions using the map and a little bit of history about the resort.The views are stunning.
Disliked: Dinner at the restaurant was terrible. Wait staff were arguing amongst themselves from the time we arrived until we left. Very uncomfortable atmosphere!! Our server was so wound up that our food was snatched away without asking if we were finished or not. Drinks practically thrown at us. At this point, we just wanted to get out of there. Other families were just as shocked having to listen and watch the circus act. The food was hit and miss. The low lighting makes it hard to see what you're eating. The room, granted, we went with the standard room, was tired and gross. The floor hadn't been vacuumed properly. There was hair and dirt in very visible areas and splatter of lord knows, on walls and doors, but worse in the tiny bathroom. I'd bet the cleaners take a dirty towel to do a quick wipe down and call it done. Bath didn't drain. Water pressure was pretty bad, and we weren't expecting it to be great. Only 3 pitiful pillows on each bed. What happened to 4 per bed? No spare pillows or blankets either. Check-in was at 4pm..we arrived at 5:20pm and we left the resort at 7am the following morning. It was a long drive for us to be so disappointed.

Serene location

Liked: Beautiful location and relaxing pools
Disliked: The bed was lumpy and difficult to finally fall asleep. The room door didn't feel secure. There wasn't a safety lock, and housekeeping opened our door in the morning. Creekside Suites

Liked: The springs were lovely, and the food at the restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: The room was not up to par. Would never stay here again due to the rooms and how run down the accommodations are.

Liked: a good location and nearby hot springs.
Disliked: The sheduled check-in time was 4 pm, but the room wasn't cleaned up and we had tp wait almost 3 hours in the car before we could check in.
