Disliked: The room was located on the second floor. As I checked in at 4pm, I asked for a room on the first floor, only to be told that they were all reserved. I told them that my wife has a mobility problem, only to be told "SORRY" .When they gave me the key to the room, it did not work. had to go back to the office & was give a card for the door. yet on the second day even the card did not work, again went back to the office to get it reset, but I had paid for 2 days?The room had dirty carpets, very hard mattress, & the blinds were broken, so we had no privacy. I call to get them fixed but I was ignored.

Great room visually but not...

Liked: The decor was great. Spa/bathtub next to bed was great. Didn't try the shower but it look great. Nice room for fun sensual night.
Disliked: Wasn't as soundproof as advertised. Could hear the staff talk outsode our room so imagine them hear us. Air conditionner in wall wasn't properlly isolated so i could see outside from the sides and hear most of everything moving outside from it. So that means cold air coming in easily. Bed was soft enough. Had better elsewhere.
