Disliked: Took ages for someone to come and check us in, there was a very bad smell of gas which my husband was told "not to worry about" and while we waited to be checked in w had someone sat on the couch beside us picking their toe nails.

Liked: Nothing at all. Awful, awful place to be.
Disliked: **PLEASE AVOID**Staff were very ignorant and extremely unpleasant. The place is full of immigrants. The floor I was on smelt strongly of cannabis and the stairwells smelt extremely strongly of gas. There was old, dried blood near to my toilet which told me that the hygiene standards were non-existent. When I complained about the drug use and the blood in my bathroom I was sniggered at and told that it's not life threatening but we will look into the issues. 4 days later, drug use is still happening every night and the blood was never cleaned up. Absolutely filthy from top to bottom. This is not a place you want to be staying, at all, ever.Spend your money elsewhere.

Disliked: On arrivalAfter getting confirmation I was met at door saying I could stay and he had booked another room about 1.5 miles away and was so disappointed the hotel is literally under building construction bathrooms finished after refurbished and not cleaned grout all over tiles still and not wiped off plasterboard dust thick along skirtings and tile panel missing out of corridor roofs honestly like a building site stil under construction when guests are staying there not good impression like
