Disappointing

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful. Any questions or problems they were right there helping us. We were very impressed by them.
Disliked: The rooms to start off were dirty, the lock on the door was broken, the room smelled very strong like smoke even though it was a none smoking room, and there were burn holes in the sheets. We ended up asking for a refund and left to stay somewhere else.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. We didn’t even stay
Disliked: There were people smoking in the lobby. We waited 30 minutes at the front desk with no one helping us. It looks like a homeless camp.

Disliked: No water pressure in the shower. Roads are a little confusing and could be alot simpler, not the hotels fault but i think they could say something to the city of spokane.
