Disliked: Bathroom old, but clean. No coffee in room.

Liked: Staff was so wonderful with my son who has autism. Couldn?t ask for better ppl!!!

Disliked: floor was dirty with pets hairs everywere...bathroom dirty...no coffee maker...no waste basket...no wifi...will not recomend.

Liked: Dirt behind everything. Pet throw up on floor. Stained sheets and the beds were so uncomfortable
Disliked: Everything except the people were the best thing

Liked: the assistant gen manager April does her job very well helps above and beyond her duties
Disliked: John the night shift staff member needs to be fired .hes so disrespectful , arrogant does not do his job by allowing guest to pay advance . threatens to have us as paying guest trespasses for nothing .

Poor

Liked: I needed the first floor because of my handicap I was told all first floor rooms were taken, so I had to settle for second floor a stranger helped me get my bags upstairs. Low and behold about an hour and a half later a man was checked into the empty room underneath my room. I was terribly disappointed besides not having a fridge or microwave the bathtub and toilet were awful.
Disliked: See above Wish I had taken photos

Liked: the lady at the front desk was so helpful even after working a double that day
Disliked: the hard water scale on the bathtub
