Liked: I chose it because I like the “old” style of motel where you can drive up to your room. But see below.
Disliked: Took three people to check me in because their credit card reader wasn’t working, and everyone had to have a try. It’s 2024 — figure out a reliable way to take credit cards. Ended up charging me twice (they allegedly refunded the overcharge). First room they sent me to hadn’t been cleaned. The second had theoretically been cleaned but was pretty dirty. Some kind of brown gunk in the toilet bowl and one of the “clean” bath towels had fresh blood stains on it. Floor gritty and dirty. Cigarette smell though it was supposed to be a no-smoking room. Very thin walls - you hear everything from adjoining rooms. WiFi essentially useless. I put the heater up to 80 to keep the room minimally comfortable — cold air pours in from door and windows. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, but asking $92 for this place was beyond ballsy.

Disliked: I've been charged twice. I paid online with PayPal then once again at the hotel. The staff said that it wouldn't go through online and that I had to pay there. Checked my account today and was definitely charged twice

Disliked: We had the reservation several weeks. They cancelled our room at 11am that day, claiming construction, leaving us scrambling to find another hotel! Fortunately we did. In addition, they weren’t even apologetic about it!
